The Seller, based out of New Jersey, originally purchased the building as a value-add investment. After successfully leasing up several of the vacancies and increasing rent, they enlisted a principal from Blackline Commercial Real Estate to help exit the property.

The property successfully closed to another private equity firm out of South Florida, exceeding the Seller’s pricing expectations.
